How long does it take to receive my order?
Most packages take 1-3 business days.
How can I track my order?
All tracking numbers will be emailed once we create the shipping label.
Do you offer refunds? No, we only offer store credit or exchanges on all eligible items within 14 days of purchasing!
How do I use my gift card? E-gift cards purchased online can only be used online (this includes store credits issued via our return portal). Physical gift cards purchased in store can only be used in store. If you are trying to check out online with a physical gift card that was purchased in store, you can call us at (405) & we can check out on our end.
Do y'all hold items if I like something online? We can hold in store until the end of the business day, however, we cannot prevent an item from selling online. If an online order is the product you have held, we will no longer be able to hold for you.
Is your inventory the same online as it is in store? Yes, our inventory in store is also available on our website ohheybombshell.com.
If my size is sold out online, what should I do? We suggest signing up for our restock notifications in case we restock or decide to restock. We restock based on the number of requests we receive and product availibility.
Can we buy online and pick up in store? Yes, absolutely. You will find this option at check-out.
Do you offer any buy now pay later services or split our payment options? Yes, we offer Afterpay.
